The packing tape with dispenser comes with 1" and 3" inch spools for replacement, which can be easily switched by hand. The spool is designed to fit 2*3/4-inch regular heat resistance tapes, but it is not recommended for tapes with a total width exceeding 1.5 inches. The 1" wide tape may not fit well on the side dispenser, as it has a guard to keep the tape in place and a hard stop on the rim. The side dispenser is suitable for 3/4" tape, but not for the 1" wide tape. It features two cores - 1" and 3" in diameter, and a side tape cutter that can cut to any length (requires 3/4" tape, not included). The tape cut-to-length is fixed at 1.5" and cannot be changed, but the side concealable cutter blade can be turned on for cutting to any length. The dispenser has a weighted, felt-lined bottom and supports a maximum tape roll thickness of 1.4".

The dispenser is not suitable for tapes such as duct tape, double-sided tape, tapes over 1.5" in width, kraft tape, carpet tape, dry erase tape for whiteboards, and masking tape. It offers three ways to work and ensures high-efficiency cutting. The installation method includes 2 cores - 1" and 3" diameter spools that are easy to switch over by hand. The holder fits 2x 3/4" regular Scotch tapes with a 1" core and 3/8" heat tapes with a 3" core.

For easy tape lifting, there is a large space for fingers to lift the tape on the watermill every few teeth apart. The cute rotary watermill design allows for cutting and dispensing multiple 1.5" heat transfer tape strips by turning one side of the dispenser clockwise. The outside concealable cutter blade turns on for cutting to any length. The dispenser also features an on/off high safety side cutter blade design, with a built-in on/off switch for child-proof features. It requires a 3" core diameter tape (not included).
