Sublimation Printing Process for 40 OZ Neon Tumbler with Removable Handle

Step 1: Design Printing To begin, select your desired designs and print them onto sublimation paper using sublimation ink.

Step 2: Tumbler Preparation Wrap the printed sublimation paper around the tumbler and secure it with sublimation tape. If using a sublimation oven, be sure to add a shrink wrap film.

Step 3: Sublimation Printing There are two methods for printing: Tumbler Heat Press: Set the temperature to 356°F and press for 50 seconds. Sublimation Oven: Set the temperature to 356°F and bake for 6 minutes.

Step 4: Finished Product Once the printing process is complete, you will have your beautifully printed tumbler with a removable handle.
